More labouring for Mr G today – after a healthy and nutritious breakfast of bacon, sausage, and egg I got to work cutting concrete blocks with the big diamond blade angle grinder.
Having done that and mixed mortar for him, Mr G got to work laying the next wall — this time a tight radius curve half way down the spine corridor.
Between labouring for him, building a fire in the stove for mater, and tidying away rubble that was me well into the afternoon. I then drove to see our auctioneer and give him some money and headed back.
In the meanwhile the wall had made it to half way and mater had done a little more wallpaper stripping in the master bedroom. Getting there!
That finally done I got back to the house, cleaned up, and we were hence done for the day. Home for Spaghetti carbonara and early bed. Friday, Mr G’s last day before they go back tomorrow.
